The item is in C) Used, Good cosmetic and working condition. For cosmetic condition, please refer to the Product Grading System - Below. Upon inspection of the device, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use. THE DEVICE IS MISSING A BATTERY AND BACK COVER. All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition. I was able to power on the device with an in-house battery (BATTERY AND MICRO-USB CABLE ARE NOT INCLUDED). The 2.4" display lights up and is free of dead pixels. I was able to test the touchscreen, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, speakers, camera and headphone port to be working. The LED torch is tested working. All buttons are tested working. The device was factory reset after testing using in-house phone check software. Product is in working condition. BATTERY, BACK PLATE, POWER SUPPLY AND MICRO-USB CABLE ARE NOT INCLUDED.
